This was shot over Thetford, Vermont at twilight. The balloons launch from the airport in nearby Post Mills and drift down the Connecticut River valley.

So, one crazy 4th of July we grabbed the kayaks and, stumbling around in the dark, launched them at the Wilder boat launch to catch the fireworks over Killowatt Field. One of the coolest boating experiences I’ve ever had.
